Modeled from a random picture in Math class... go figure!
This is her's. I can't paint, draw, or color. haha! But I wanted to write a little something for this, so here goes.
They defied society. They defied their elders. They defied anyone that thought they were crazy.
But there was one thing they couldn't, no matter how badly they wished to try.
They couldn't defy his hunger for her blood.
The two wished they could hold each other, just be able to touch each other, but she wasn't allowed that close. It just wouldn't happen. He would kill her before she knew what was going on. So they decided to keep a safe distance. Never touching, merely looking... wishing...
A year passed and they were growing tired of the distance. What was a life of love without being able to hold the one you cared most about? Together they made the decision to just touch each other's hands. That might be enough to set off his hunger, but it was worth the risk.
That night, he snuck to her room and smiled. She smiled back, they were going to finally feel the skin on each other's bodies. It really didn't seem like that big of a deal, but to them, it was everything. He walked forward slowly, keeping his animalistic side in check with each step.
They stopped in front of each other and stared into each other's eyes. One wrong move was all it would take. Just one. The girl placed her hand in the air, making a cup with her fingers. She nodded and he positioned his hand like a mirror to her's. This was it.
They slowly met each other's flesh and the boy gritted his teeth, hoping nothing would happen. But nothing did happen. Their fingers interlaced and they both sighed in unison. He was not going to be the cause of her death and she was not pushing him to the edge. They stared at each other happily, finally able to hold hands like a simple couple would have been able to from the start.
